Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the RUNACOS platform, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

The RUNACOS platform is available to current students and alumni of the Department of Computer Science at Redeemer's University. Users must provide accurate registration information.

3. User Conduct

Users agree to: use the platform for lawful purposes only; not submit false or misleading fault reports; not impersonate other users; and maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials.

4. Fault Reporting (FRMS)

The Fault Reporting and Management System is provided for legitimate campus maintenance issues. Misuse of the system, including false reports, may result in account suspension.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and materials on the RUNACOS platform are the property of RUNACOS and Redeemer's University. Users retain rights to content they submit but grant RUNACOS a license to display it on the platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

RUNACOS provides the platform "as is" and makes no warranties regarding availability or accuracy. RUNACOS shall not be liable for any indirect damages arising from use of the platform.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
