We use your information to: provide and maintain the RUNACOS platform; verify your student or alumni status; manage fault reports through our FRMS system; communicate association news and events; and improve our services.

3. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data. Our platform uses Supabase with Row-Level Security policies to ensure data is only accessible by authorized users.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share anonymized data for analytical purposes. Your fault reports may be shared with university maintenance teams as necessary for resolution.
